Chiptuning to usługa, w której mechanik elektronicznie zwiększa moc wyjściową silnika samochodowego, modyfikując ustawienia w jednostce sterującej silnika samochodu. Ta usługa jest również znana jako „dostrajanie”. Chip tuning, czyszczenie DPF, modyfikacja osiągów silników diesla, poprawa osiągów ciężarówek i ciągników za pomocą dodatków mocy: robimy to wszystko i robimy to lepiej niż ktokolwiek inny w Warszawie.
Chip tuning w pojazdach samochodowych. Obecnie istnieje ponad 35 000 różnych kombinacji silników, które mogą być obsługiwane przez V-Tuning. Dowolny typ, prywatny, van, ciężarówka lub pojazd rolniczy to kategorie, według których można sortować. Zwiększenie osiągów pojazdu poprzez „chip tuning” polega na wprowadzeniu modyfikacji oprogramowania jednostki sterującej silnika (ECU). Tuning to problem, który musi rozwiązać każdy producent OEM.

Proces modyfikacji częstotliwości pracy chipa Serwis i naprawy BMW Minis obejmujące układy DPF, EGR, AdBlue. Samochody wymagają regularnych przeglądów i napraw. Fachowo wykonałem usługi tuningowe realizowane zdalnie. Prześlij nam oprogramowanie rip car przez e-mail. Wprowadzimy w nim pewne poprawki, aby działał płynniej. Słowo „hiptuning” odnosi się do szczególnego podejścia do procesu tuningu silnika. Niezbędne jest dokonanie modyfikacji w oprogramowaniu elektronicznej jednostki sterującej (ECU) w celu uzyskania pożądanego efektu na osiągi silnika.

You could spend many hours, even days, tweaking the resistors and you'll still never get it absolutely bang on the value to 4 decimal places, especially with the RF/EMI noise in the room. How about using some precision 10 (or more) turn trimmers in series and/or in parallel with the fixed resistors?
Thank you for this video – very interesting to see that design. Right now, I'm in the process of sending the gerber files for my programmable resistor decade to the pcb manufacturer. I chose a different arrangement: either 0 Ohms (relay shorts the resistor) or 1 Ohm (relay open), in series with 2 Ohms (relay taps off), 2 Ohms (tap), 2 Ohms (tap) and again 2 Ohms (tap)), so that I can use the same resistance value for all resistors of a decade. For the "1 Ohm resistor" I connected two 2 Ohm resistors in parallel, and for the first "2 Ohm resistor" I actually use four, hence increasing the power rating a bit, which is especially helpful for the lower value resistance settings. With this approach all required resistors were in stock (1206 0.1% 10ppm 0.4W thin film). Since I need 9 resistors per decade I just bought 10 to get the discount… And I'll use ordinary EC2 signal relays. Should be fine for my low power applications like functional tests of DDMs and so on.
I don't really need the programmable resistor decade that much, but I thought it would be a nice little project. Thinking about uploading it to github once finished, however not many people will be interested in such a thing, I suspect – quite expensive for those niche applications…
Dale 0.1% metal film resistors aren't too expensive.
Since DEFCAD is a hexadecimal number you might want to switch around the number system a few times?
it's far to common for engineers to overload the resistors. These decade resistance boxes are designed to be reference resistors and not adjustable load banks. We used to have quite a few Time decade resistance boxes and quite often the resistors would fail and when you opened the box, there was signs of magic smoke, or pre-smoke hotness. the replacement resistors were not cheap from RS or Farnell at the time. but no one ever knew who had used it last 🙂
Maybe you could have setup the meter across the resistor to measure then powered the relay using external power to remove the need to take them out of circuit ?
Ask the seller if the seals were intact when he sent it.

You'd get a far more accurate reading with the Siglent using 4 wire measurement!
Curious what you're planning to do with it. You repaired the Fluke resistance standard a while back, so I can't imagine you'd be using it for that kind of purpose (and I don't think this device is really made for that anyway).
